Union Station in Ogden

Linda and I started doing day-trips within a few hours drive of home last year. We have been to Mt Pleasant, Fountain Green, Vernal, Toole, Grantsville, Mercer, Ophir, Kamus, and several other small but fun places to visit. Our most recent was to go to Ogden, UT where I lived for 6 month and did one semester as a 7th grader at Mt Ogden Junior High. Here are pictures of where we visited--The Union Station. The old railroad station which is now the home of an Art Gallery and a couple of museums. We really enjoyed the art museum and included a few of the pictures here. We also stopped in Kaysville where I lived for high school. Go Darts!

I've always been interested in seeing the Vernal temple. Not that I want to go with you guys, I can think of a lot of things to do besides go on a car trip with my parents. But hey, think about that.

Wow, the Darts, that is a really cool mascot, almost as cool as being a "Lightbulb"

I must say, though I am impressed with how good you are getting at adding clip art and images to your blog!

so the holmans have to be the hippest people on the street! you've got to get my folks, mary and doug warner, into this. i'm jealous. but then again. . . we Warners were never quite as funny as the Holman family. I get a kick out of reading your blogs!
